Cooling off Period:
Distributor (Wholesaler) can surrender his/her business within 30 days from the date of sign up under Cooling off Period. They can return unsold products to Company with original Invoice as per return policy of the Company. Such products are must be into resalable condition.

For Distributors
A distributor can return the product within 30days from the date of purchasing the product and get refunded, provided the product is in saleable condition. A distributor can return up to a maximum of 10000 SP. The product must have a minimum of four-month validity to the date of expiry. There fund shall cause the distributor termination of their ID with all pending benefits. The refund shall be initiated after the deduction of Retail Profit that is paid to the distributor, GST charges, courier charges,
Warranty, Guarantee, Product Return and Buy Back
For warranty, guarantee and buy backs the following time period shall apply.
Kishan Business Core Private Limited warrants satisfaction and guarantees its products are free from defect and substantially conform to product specifications. For all Kishan Business Core Private Limited products exclusive of literature and promotional products, this warranty and guarantee shall be for a period ending Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Refund and Buy Back Rule for Retail Distributors/Customers:
Refund and Buy Back Rule
(I) Retail Customers:

1. (a) Retail Customers are guaranteed 100% product satisfaction as per the guidelines provided in the official company literatures. Within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, a Retail Customer may:
1. Obtain a new replacement for any defective product; or
2. Cancel the purchase, return the product and obtain a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs for all saleable products.
2. In all cases, proper notice, proof of purchase and timely return of the product is required to be given to the source of purchase. Kishan Business Core Private Limited reserves the right to reject repetitive returns.

Customer Product Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of Kishan Business Core Private Limited products. All Kishan Business Core Private Limited Products are covered by Kishan Business Core Private Limited Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Customer is not completely satisfied, he/she is entitled to return the products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, and partially used products (25%) accompanied with an invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon Kishan Business Core Private Limited Independent Distributor to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.
